Who We Are
TEAM was established in Tanzania over thirty years ago to train, encourage, and equip ministers.
We are Tanzanians and Americans partnering together.
TEAM provides support for Lake Victoria Christian College (LVCC) that is training over 400 active ministers in four regions of the northern lake area of Tanzania.
TEAM’s teachers have practical experience and are not just academically qualified.
TEAM encourages local initiatives through the church.
What We Do
Our primary focus is training ministers. This is accomplished through Lake Victoria Christian College (LVCC) that provides training on three campuses and also supports training through extension.
TEAM continues to support their trained ministers to build healthy church environments through seminars and practical helps.
TEAM has also helped trained pastors reach out and care for their communities through agricultural training, helping drill wells and providing other training seminars
One emphasis in seminars has come from a desire a release people from fear and witchcraft accusations.
